Mammoth Brewing Company has been brewing handcrafted beers locally in the Eastern Sierra since1995. The most important ingredient in our beer is our water, and the High Sierra has some of the best in the world! Our water is pristine, remote and protected. It starts as snowmelt, which is slowly filtered though the volcanic rock unique to our region. We waited for more then a century for our water so you can enjoy our beers right now.
